Hi, I’m Vic—Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and someone who deeply believes that people heal in safe, honest, and compassionate spaces. I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to grow up navigating trauma, craving stability, and trying to find your voice in environments that didn’t always make space for it.
I work best with people who’ve often felt like outsiders or underdogs—those navigating trauma, identity issues, personality or mood disorders, or other challenges that have left them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unseen. I especially enjoy working with complex trauma, LGBTQIA+ clients, those in recovery from addiction, and anyone who has been told they’re “too much” or “not enough” their whole life. Together, we’ll untangle the storylines that have shaped your self-worth and help you reclaim a sense of agency, safety, and clarity.
I use a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens to help you understand why you feel what you feel, and how to begin rewriting the story.
Therapy should feel both safe and challenging. That’s why I prioritize emotional safety while also pushing you—gently but directly—toward the goals you set for yourself. My clients know that I care deeply and that I will challenge them, hold them accountable, and celebrate every step forward with them.
I’m certified in DBT and trained in EMDR and the Gottman Method (for couples) because I want to offer tools that are evidence-based and emotionally resonant. But more than anything, I lead with my heart. Therapy with me is collaborative, challenging, and deeply human. I bring warmth, humor, realness, and passion into the room—and I’ll meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, and walk alongside you as you grow into who you were always meant to be.
My hope for every client I work with is to help them find their silver lining, and feel anchored in their healing, their identity, and their future.
